PLEASE NOTE: If you're considering purchasing a property with higher weathertightness risk, a monolithic or plaster-clad home, a home built with complex construction methods, or where an accredited building surveyor is preferred or required by banks, solicitors or insurers, we recommend booking our Weather Tightness Inspection. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the time and preparation involved, the following cancellation terms apply: 1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee applies, and any prepayments will be refunded in full. 2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment: A fee of 50% of the inspection cost will apply. 3.
