Service Description
If you’re not happy with how a renovation or build has turned out, this inspection gives you a second opinion from someone who knows what quality workmanship should look like. I’ll assess whether the work has been done properly, and call out any shortcuts, defects, or areas of concern. Whether it’s something that doesn’t feel right or you just want peace of mind before signing off, this inspection helps you hold builders to account and ensures the work meets expected standards. You’ll get a clear, builder-backed report that gives you the confidence to push back if needed or move forward knowing the job’s been done right.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the time and preparation involved, the following cancellation terms apply: 1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee applies, and any prepayments will be refunded in full. 2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment: A fee of 50% of the inspection cost will apply. 3. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment or no-shows: A fee of 100% of the inspection cost will apply. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible on 021 228 2808
