Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the time and preparation involved, the following cancellation terms apply: 1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee applies, and any prepayments will be refunded in full. 2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment: A fee of 50% of the inspection cost will apply. 3.
