Using Thermal Imaging to Reveal Hidden Issues in Your Home šŸ āœØ

Here’s a cool example from an inspection this week šŸ‘‡

This is a thermal image of a tiled floor – and those bright lines you see are the underfloor heating pipes. Completely invisible to the naked eye, but crystal clear with a thermal camera.

Thermal imaging is one of the tools I use during my inspections to help find things you simply can’t see, such as:

šŸ”„ Heating pipe locations

šŸ’§ Hidden moisture inside walls, floors and ceilings

⚔ Overheating electrical components

šŸšļø Insulation gaps and cold spots

šŸŒ¬ļø Air leaks around windows and doors

šŸ” Potential leak paths or areas of heat loss

These tools help me pinpoint problems early, avoid invasive testing when possible, and give buyers real confidence about what’s going on behind the surfaces.

If you’re buying, selling, or just want peace of mind, I can help uncover what’s happening beneath the surface.
